We use insured economy mail for shipping. Tracking information is provided, but due to security reasons many countries do not update this tracking information. If you haven't received your package within two weeks, please check with your local postal office.

We are committed to minimizing our trash footprint to save environment. That's why you don't find our products packed in nice big colorful lavishing packages that end up in your trash can right after the purchase. We use minimal packaging possible and also ship our products in reused carton boxes whenever possible. It is the product inside that counts. Or as the saying goes - the flashy packaging is often used to hide the shortcomings of the product...
